Application Instructions


Prospective families are invited to come to LCA and enjoy an informal admissions presentation and school tour.  Please call (603) 524-3250 to schedule a visit.

Listed below are the steps in the application process for Laconia Christian Academy.

1.  For each prospective student, please complete a New Student Application (Form A)

2.  In addition, as appropriate, please complete the following:

Preschool/Kindergarten students – Parent Questionnaire (Form B)

Lower School students (grade 1-6)

-Parent Statement (Form C ) to be completed by parents

-Teacher Recommendation (Form F) to be completed by current teacher(s)

Upper School students (grades 7-12)

-Parent Statement (Form C ) to be completed by parents

-Student Personal Statement (Form D), to be completed by prospective student

-Personal Reference (Form E) to be completed by a pastor, youth leader, coach or other appropriate adult

-English Teacher Recommendation (Form G) to be completed by current English teacher

-Math Teacher Recommendation (Form I) to be completed by current math teacher

*Parents of home schooled students should complete the Teacher Recommendation forms themselves.

-Transcript Release Request (Form J) to be completed by the family and submitted to the current school

3.  Please submit an application fee of $150 per student with Form A. The application fee is waived for applications received before the first Monday in March.

4.  After all application forms and transcripts have been received by the LCA office, the office will call to schedule an Admissions Committee interview with parents and prospective students.  The Admissions Committee will notify parents of admissions status in writing within two weeks of the interview.

5.  Upon acceptance, a non-refundable tuition deposit of $350 per student is required to secure enrollment.  A Tuition Payment Plan (Form T) and, if applicable, a FACTS Tuition Management Agreement should be submitted to the office. FACTS forms are available in the office.
